Research shows there are many health and wellbeing benefits to repetitive crafts such as crochet. So come and join the crafting craze and craft yourself something uniquely yours. Challenge yourself to use all 10 fingers at once and relax into a mindful, rhythmic activity at the same time.
You learn everything from how to hold the hook and yarn, starting a chain to learning how to make the basic stitches, counting stitches and rows and reading patterns. It is designed as a complete introductory course in crochet. You don’t need any previous experience. Just come along and have fun.
Of course, if you are an experienced crocheter (?) you can help others to discover this craft.
You will leave with ideas to make either a bag, gloves or a scarf.
They will also have multiple ideas for projects
