Shipping & Returns

Postage & Packing Charges 

We ship all our orders with Australia Post, and don’t charge more than it will cost us (we don’t make money on postage!) sometimes we will get it wrong, if we “overcharge you” we will let you know, if we “undercharge you” we will wear the cost within reason, if you think we got it wrong, please let us know by giving  us a call on (02) 6619 1240 or emailing us on [email protected] or message us on Facebook! 

An actual physical delivery address is preferred, this ensures you get your parcel quickly, if you prefer a P.O. Box, we can only ship it via Australia Post, which is mostly faster as we have a sorting centre near us.

Returns

In accordance with Australian consumer law, and our promise to you, we are happy for you to return or exchange your purchase anytime within 30 days of purchase (return postage will be at your cost)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unless it is faulty. We will handle each case on it’s own merits, no blanket policy here, we will be reasonable, and we believe you will be.

To complete your return, we will require you to communicate with us, we are very reasonable, so don’t be afraid to ask.

Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address registered with us after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. 

If you choose to have your order left somewhere or you are not at home, responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Tracking Orders

Remember we can control the delivery right up until we take it to the Post Office, or the courier picks it up, after that we can only advise a tracking number, however we will do what we can to see where the holdup is and get it to you ASAP.

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived, please contact us on (02) 6619 1240 or email us at [email protected]

International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service.  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched on the day they are ordered, if not the next working day – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.)

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased on the Sensational Crafts website can be returned to us for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and pack it so as to arrive in the condition it was packed, however if you your order is damaged between us and you let us know, send pictures of the damage to [email protected]
