Postage & Packing Charges
We ship all our orders with Australia Post, and don’t charge more than it will cost us (we don’t make money on postage!) sometimes we will get it wrong, if we “overcharge you” we will let you know, if we “undercharge you” we will wear the cost within reason, if you think we got it wrong, please let us know by giving us a call on (02) 6619 1240 or emailing us on email@example.com or message us on Facebook!
In accordance with Australian consumer law, and our promise to you we are happy for you to return or exchange your purchase anytime within 30 days of purchase (return postage will be at your cost)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unless it is faulty. We will handle each case on it’s own merits, no blanket policy here, we will be reasonable, and we believe you will be.
To complete your return, we will require you to communicate with us, we are very reasonable, so don’t be afraid to ask.
